Our Social Services
Director Diane Nieveen is available to provide
assistance with all of your social service needs such
as Medicare/ Medicaid services, medical supplies,
voter registration, correspondence by mail, or any
other special assistance you might need. If you are
interested in visiting Gold Crest or securing
placement for yourself or a loved one please contact

Social services
works with you prior to admission to make sure all
your needs will be met from the first day you arrive.
We help you become acquainted with the other residents
and help you to learn about all the various services
that are available at Gold Crest. If any concerns
develop, social services works as your individual
advocate. Your social service department is ready to
listen to and check into individual concerns and
resolve any that may occur. Social services have an
open door policy for the convenience of residents and
their family members to assure prompt attention to any
questions you might have.
